Standard Helmet Inclusions

All helmets are supplied complete with a helmet carry bag, set of internal pads to allow custom fitment of the helmet to your head form, instruction manual and helmet cleaning cloth.

Helmet Communication Packages

The Pilot Communications packages we install have been developed by Flight Helmets Australia specifically for the range of CGF Gallet flight helmets. There are two communications options available for your helmet, standard communications or the ANR (Active Noise Reduction) System.

Standard Passive Communications
Option of Civilian (300 Ohm) or Military (19 or 42 Ohm) compatible systems for both helicopters & fixed wing applications.
Choice of single U174/U NATO plug or Dual General Aviation Plugs.
Choice of Quality Electret or Dynamic Mics.
Electrovoice Earphone Speakers.
Choice of coiled 5ft or straight 3ft communications cord.
Half Flex Microphone Boom.

Active Noise Reduction (ANR)
Choice of Rechargable NiMH Battery or 9 Volt disposable battery power.
This system features the inclusions of the standard communications system with the addition of electronic ANR modules to the earphone/speaker carrier.
The installation is powered by either a single rechargeable 9 volt NiMH battery or single 9 volt disposable battery mounted in an external battery pack.
Battery life is rated for 15 to 20 hours of continuous helmet use.
Reverts to standard passive communications should battery expire.
Rechargeable NiMH system supplied complete with charger.

LA100 Communications
This helmet is designed to have an oxygen mask fitted.
Standard COMM and ANR COMM options are available.
Comms installation to the helmet consists of earphones/speakers only.
Nil microphone or mic boom fitted.
Oxygen mask communications interface fitted.
