Our services include special one time communication adapter assembly, customized cable lengths, or just about anything else you can dream up!

Although we are set up for quantity production, there is no minimum order required on any of our products.

Our Goal: Pilot Products Distributor, Inc. has been serving the aviation industry with high quality products since 1992. Our goal then, as it is now, is quite simple... Deliver the highest quality products at the best price possible. Our commitment is 100% satisfaction guarantee!

Product Policy: All products are new and carry our full manufacture warranty unless noted. Products are repaired or replaced under the provisions and conditions of the warranty. Pilot Products Distributor, Inc. promises to replace or repair any product which we have sold if it is found to be a manufacturer’s defect.

Return Policy: All standard catalog products may be returned for a full refund within 30 days. Returns after 30 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee. There is no refund on custom orders unless the product has a manufacture defect. Any returns should be done as follows:

2. Return Address: 3 DeGruchy Court, Highfields, QLD, 4352.
3. Enclose a copy of original invoice.

Shipping Policy: Shipping charges are added to all invoices. All merchandise is shipped via Australia Post unless special arrangements have been made.

Payment Policy: You may pay for your order by Direct Deposit Transfer or with a Visa, MasterCard or Bankcard. (Cash or certified funds only until a preferred customer account has been established). Approved Net 14 day commercial accounts are available to qualified regular trade customers.
